They have a tiered discount structure that increases with additional plugin purchases. Others may have a different opinion on it depending upon their genre du jour.īasically, you can't go wrong with any of their products, and the more you own, the steeper their product discount gets. Again, I played with the demo for a while, and it's crazy powerful, but I just personally didn't find a need for it in the kind of music I produce. I don't own Pro-G (gater), but depending upon your style of music, you also may find it useful. I've found it helps with crazy/weird glitchy noises a lot. You may or may not have a huge use for it, but Pro-DS (their de-esser) works great as well, and has a dual mode capable of working on either single 'vocal' tracks, or also more of a kind of 'multi-mode' that works across other types of sounds that you may want to tone down. It's a great reverb, and very powerful, but I still personally find others easier/quicker to use. I also have demo'ed Pro-R (Reverb) and while I didn't use it a whole lot during the demo, it has some very nice ability to shape not only how the reverb is generated, but also you can exactly shape the decay via EQ too, which is pretty cool and kind of unique. I've started using Pro-C2 (compressor) a bit more lately as well, and it's decent. I started off with Pro-Q2 years ago, and now nearly own their entire product line because they're that good. I'm not readily familiar with their bundles, but their plugins are absolutely amazing.
